You don’t need to be present for a service technician to complete repairs in your apartment at Symphony Center Apartments. However, we do ask that all pets are safely secured to allow the technician to work without any interruptions.
Yes, Symphony Center Apartments provides on-site maintenance as well as 24/7 emergency on-call maintenance services. We’re here to address your needs promptly and efficiently at any time.
Residents at Symphony Center Apartments can submit service requests conveniently through the resident app, the resident portal, or by contacting the leasing office directly. We’re here to assist with any repair needs in your home.
If you’re locked out of your apartment at Symphony Center Apartments after hours, please call our leasing office and select the emergency maintenance option. During business hours, you can visit or call the office for assistance. In both cases, valid photo identification is required.

Yes, Symphony Center Apartments is a pet-friendly community, welcoming both cats and dogs. Current veterinary records are required, and dogs must also have a completed temperament form. Please note that breed and weight restrictions apply. No Pet Deposit. Monthly Pet Rent $45 per pet.
Every apartment at Symphony Center Apartments is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a stove, microwave, refrigerator with an ice maker, and a washer and dryer.

We use a third-party company for applicant screening at Symphony Center Apartments. In most cases results are returned within 24 hours, however at times the process can take up to three (3) days.
Rent payments at Symphony Center Apartments are simple and flexible. You can pay online through the resident portal using debit, credit, or ACH payments. Alternatively, payments can also be sent by mail.
Renters insurance is a requirement of each leaseholder in the amount of $300,000 coverage for liablility at Symphony Center Apartments.
Symphony Center Apartments offers access to multiple internet and cable providers, allowing you to choose the service that best fits your needs. If you’re considering satellite dishes, please check with our team before initiating service.
We require 30 calendar days' notice for early lease terminiation and a fee equivalent to two months of rent.
Residents are responsbile for utlities at Symphony Center Apartments. Utilities can be set up online with local providers. You will need to set up your BGE Account prior to receiving keys to your apartment. We will need to be able to verify the account information.

Symphony Center Apartments is ideally located in a transit-oriented development, with the Metro Subway Station within walking distance. Additionally, we are serviced by multiple bus lines, including 51, 54, 73, 80, 95, CITYLINK BLUE, CITYLINK PINK, CITYLINK PURPLE, and CITYLINK SILVER, making commuting easy and convenient.

To schedule a visit to Symphony Center Apartments, you can use the "Schedule Tour" option on our website or visit our leasing office at 1020 Park Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21201. Our central leasing office also manages 405 W. Redwood Apartments, and we are open Monday through Saturday for your convenience.
For Future Residents
Applicants can apply online or in our leasing office in our business center.
If an applicant is not ready to apply at this time, we do offer an optionf or waitlist.
We utilize a third party screening provider during the application process where we consider credit, debt-to-income ratio, rental history, and check writing history in addition to a criminal and civil background screening.
If you are a first-time renter, our team is happy to walk you through the process and answer any questions you may have related to choosing your new apartment home.
If you are interested in a furnished apartment, please let a member of our team know and we will connect you with a furniture rental partner. Our apartment homes are unfurnished, however, we work with partners who can ensure your furniture arrives by move in day.
Our office is open 7 days a week to offer apartment tours at no costs and to serve residents. We are closed on most major holidays.
Appointments, although not required, are highly recommended to ensure that we set aside time to answer questions and ensure all your needs are met during your visit.
We offer a resident referral program and pay $250 to any resident who refers a new move in to our community. The resident is paid after the new resident moves in and the residents' rent is current.
Lease term options vary throughout the year and typically range from 10-14 month lease terms. Residents can always choose the option to renew at the end of a lease term. Rent can be paid up to 3 months in advance.
Our renters insurance policy requires $300,000 in coverage for liability and $5,000 of medical coverage.
We are in the leasing office 7 days a week for our residents and are also available via phone and email as well as our resident app.
Our building at Symphony Center is a high-rise and with apartment living it is possible that you may hear your neighbors, however, we provide a comfortable living environment and are available should you have any concerns regarding the noise level.
We offer two free garages as options for parking onsite. Parking is free for residents at Metro Crossing Apartments and their guests 24/7.
Our apartment homes are made for luxury living and offer a full suite of appliances. All apartment homes at Metro Crossing Apartments offer full -size washer and dryer for your conveinience.
Residents have many options for shopping within walking distance. Symphony CenterApartments is located within walking distance of several boutique shops as well as popular retailers, restaurants, bars, library and hotels.
We want residents at Symphony Center Apartments to enjoy their apartments and they are more than welcome to decorate the home so long as the apartment is returned to its original condition as it was on the day of move in.
In the case of a maintenance issue, residents can contact our leasing office to request service or they can also enter service request online. Symphony Center Apartment residents can also use the Rent Café Resident mobile app to enter a service request.
Residents are responsible for monthly utilities at Symphony Center Apartments.
Our lease agreement prohibits subletting and does not allow residents to list apartments on Airbnb.
We are a pet friendly community and require a pet deposit and monthly pet rent for furry family members. No Pet Deposit. Monthly Pet Rent $45 per pet.
In the event that rent is not paid, all leaseholders and Guarantors are financially and legally responsible.
Residents are responsible for monthly rent and utlities at Symphony Center Apartments.
Future residents are required to pay the security deposit at the time of lease signing while prorated rent. If the new resident's move in date is after the 25th of any month, the resident must also pay the full amount of the first month's rent in advance prior to receiving keys to the apartment home.
For Current Residents
When a resident chooses to break the lease at Symphony Center Apartments, the resident is required to give one month calendar notice and must pay a fee equivalent to two months rent. If the resident received any rental discounts, the discounted amount must paid in addition to the two months rent at the time of signing the Early Termination Agreement. The payment must be presented in certified funds.
Residents of Symphony Center Apartments can pay rent online using payment methods such as check, debit card, or credit card. There are fees associated with credit card and debit card payments. Rent can only be paid online from the 1st of the month through the 10th of the month. The online portal is closed from the 11th through month end.
If a resident transfers from one apartment to another, a security deposit will need to be paid for the new unit. All applicants must follow the standard application process for Symphony Center Apartments. The previous security will be returned, less any damages after the move out inspection has been completed for the orginal apartment.
Residents can assign their apartment to a new leaseholder if they choose to vacate prior to the lease term ending. The new leaseholder must complete the applicant screening process and the security deposit will remain with the unit. Residents are not permitted to sublet their apartment.
