Two examples are the Rent Smarter and Resident Referral Programs. The Rent Smarter Program gives apartment community residents closing cost reductions when they purchase a single family home from David S. Brown Enterprises. The Resident Referral Program entitles our residents to receive a referral fee when they refer their friends or family to one of our apartment communities. On their initial visit, they must mention your name and sign a one year lease at any participating David S. Brown Enterprises, LTD. community. Once they move in, you’ll receive $250 (or receive $125 on a 6 month lease)! It’s that easy. In addition, everyone you refer will receive a $100 discount toward their first month of rent.

- The following options are available:
- A lease termination anytime after the initial 6 month term will be granted with no pre-termination fee.
- A lease termination prior to the initial 6 month term will be subject to all applicable lease termination and redecoration fees.
- If a resident fulfills at least a one year lease term, $2,000 will be given to the resident by David S. Brown Enterprises, LTD toward the purchase of their new home.
