Regular Weekday Maintenance Service
Our community maintenance technicians will make every effort to take care of service requests on weekdays before 3:00 p.m. Requests placed after 3:00 p.m. and on holidays will be considered to have been placed the following business day at 8:00 a.m. If you have a service request, call the leasing office at 410-783-7200 or email to symphonycenter@davidsbrown.com or fill out the Request Maintenance Form below.
To submit a routine service request, simply complete the open fields in the Request Maintenance Form above. The items marked with an asterisk are required for the form to be submitted to our Service Managers. (Submissions received after 3:00 p.m. local time and on holidays will be considered to have been placed the following business day at 8:00 a.m.)
Emergency Maintenance
If you have a Priority (Emergency) Service Request, please call 410-783-7200 during regular office hours or leave your request on the after hours answering service. See Emergency Maintenance List above to see what maintenance issues constitute emergency attention.

This is a reliable and confidential way to have your rent and other applicable charges processed and paid from your bank account. With this program, your payment is electronically debited from your checking or savings account as a regularly scheduled payment. As a resident of a David S. Brown Enterprises, LTD community, you have the ability to transfer to another apartment home within your current community or to another David S. Brown, LTD community during the term of your lease.
*Due to high voltage, HVAC units will not be repaired during inclement weather or after dark.
