There’s always something happening in the 1020 Club, Symphony Center’s chic new clubroom. Featuring a media center with big screen tv, billiards table, gourmet kitchen, and cozy reading and relaxation area, the 1020 Club is the perfect place for Symphony residents to kick back and relax.

Friday Night at the Movies
Now showing in the 1020 Club...every Friday at 7:00pm, it’s popcorn and a movie! Featured titles: Sept 3 – Friends with Money, Sept 10 – Pineapple Express, Sept 17 – Guess Who, Sept 24 – The Incredible Hulk.
We’ll provide the movie, popcorn, and beverages.
Smores on Fridays
Yum! Pick up all the ingredients to build your own smores at the front desk every Friday. Enjoy toasting them in the cozy outdoor fireplace in the courtyard. A sweet way to end your week!

Book exchange: Find something new to read! Head to the front desk to borrow, trade or donate your favorite books. Cozy up in the clubroom and relax with a good book.
Movie rentals: Watch your favorite movie on the large screen TV in the 1020 Club. Stop in the leasing office to check out the great selection of dvd movie titles to choose from.
Board games: What's your favorite board game? Chess, Checkers, Monopoly, Scrabble, Backgammon, Yahtzee? We've got 'em all! Games may be checked out at the front desk for use in the clubroom.

Emergencies
- Fire
- No electricity
- No hot water
- No plumbing or water throughout the apartment home
- Water flooding into the apartment
- From October 15 - April 15: Room temperature of at least 65º F. unless the outside temperature is below 0º F, then minimum room temperature shall be 60º F at all times. Temperature is measured 3 feet above the floor and 3 feet from exterior walls.
- Smoke alarms
- Clogged toilet (applies to apartments with one bathroom)
- Sewer stoppage
- Refrigerator not working
- Situations where access to the apartment may be compromised (i.e. broken windows or broken locks)
- Lock Outs ($20 fee, paid directly to service personnel at time of entry)
*Due to high voltage, HVAC units will not be repaired during inclement weather or after dark.
